# Custom Dashboards Custom Dashboards let you build your own reports with the dimensions and metrics that matter most to your team. Start from a template or build from scratch — then arrange, resize, and theme your widgets to create the view you need. The main page displays all your saved dashboards as cards showing the name, description, widget count, and last updated date. Hover over any card to edit, share, or delete it.

**Creating a New Dashboard** Click **"New Dashboard"** to get started. You'll be prompted to choose a starting template and give your dashboard a name. Six templates are available to help you get started quickly: * **Blank Canvas** — Start from scratch with an empty dashboard * **Volume Dashboard** — Track action volume across channels and statuses over time * **Performance Dashboard** — Monitor response times, CSAT scores, and SLA compliance * **Agent Dashboard** — Compare agent workloads, response times, and satisfaction scores * **Message Volume** — Track message volume, incoming vs outgoing, across platforms * **Engagement Dashboard** — Monitor user activity, response rates, and engagement trends
