# Actions (/docs/manage/actions)

The Actions tab is where a manager sees and manages conversations across the entire platform - every queue, every status, in one filterable table. It's the cross-queue counterpart to an agent's single-queue inbox.

## At a glance [#at-a-glance]

| | |
| --- | --- |
| Every conversation across every queue in one table | ✅ |
| Filter by time frame, status, source platform, and queue | ✅ |
| Open a conversation with full agent functionality (reply, status, reassign) | ✅ |
| Bulk assign conversations to a queue | ✅ |
| Bulk close conversations | ✅ |
| Bulk mark conversations cancelled | ✅ |

## What you're looking at [#what-youre-looking-at]

A table of conversations with a filter bar across the top. Filter by **time frame**, **status**, **source platform**, and **queue** to narrow to exactly the set you care about - for example, "everything still open on Instagram in the Billing queue this week."

Selecting a conversation opens its details with the same functionality as the [agent inbox](/docs/agent/the-inbox): read the conversation, reply, change status, reassign.

## Bulk management [#bulk-management]

Select one conversation - or many - and a set of bulk options appears. Across a selection you can:

- **Assign** the conversations to a particular queue
- **Close** them
- **Mark them cancelled**

This is how a manager clears a backlog, re-routes a misdirected batch, or closes out a wave of spam in a few clicks instead of one conversation at a time.
