# Content (/docs/manage/content)

The Content tab is a live, auto-refreshing view of message activity flowing across every connected platform - a real-time pulse on what's happening right now, not a historical report.

## What you're looking at [#what-youre-looking-at]

Four metric cards across the top show today's **Messages Sent**, **Messages Received**, **Actions Created**, and **Actions Closed**: each with a count for the last hour so a surge is obvious the moment it starts.

Below:

- **Volume by Platform**: message flow broken out per connected platform, sent vs. received side by side. Shows at a glance which channel is busiest right now.
- **Live Activity**: a feed of recent messages as they arrive: platform icon, message preview, sender, direction (incoming / outgoing), and timestamp. It refreshes automatically every 30 seconds.

## Controls [#controls]

- **Time range**: `1h`, `12h`, `24h`, `3d` to widen or tighten the window.
- **Direction**: All, Incoming, or Outgoing.
- **Sort**: by time or by name.
- Click any message to open its full details in the preview panel.
