Saved Searches

On the Saved Searches tab you can save frequently used search queries and reuse them to quickly find matching conversations, power queues, trigger automations, and receive notifications when new content matches your criteria.

The page displays your saved searches as cards in a grid, each showing the search name, filter criteria summary, linked queues, notification status, and creation date. Sort by recently created, alphabetically, or oldest first, and filter to see searches that are powering queues vs. standalone.

Click "New Search" to create one — define your filters (keywords, source, channel, tags, sentiment, relevancy, status, and more) and give it a name. Click any card to view its matching results with an optional AI-generated summary.

From each card you can toggle notifications, duplicate, share with your team, copy a direct link, or delete. Saved searches linked to queues cannot be deleted until unlinked.
