Sift features a powerful search that lets you find any conversation or user across your entire social ecosystem in seconds.

Simply enter a keyword into the search bar, and Sift will quickly surface matching results. If you know a specific ticket ID, Sift detects it instantly and offers a direct shortcut to that action.

For more targeted discovery, use Advanced Search to configure exact parameters. Search by platform, channel, username, tags, sentiment, relevancy, action status, queue, assignee, date range, and more — combining filters with AND/OR logic to build precisely the query you need.

Results can be viewed in three ways: Cards for browsing conversations one by one, Chart View for visualizing trends over time or by platform, and Pivot Table for cross-tabulating data across multiple dimensions.

Once you've found what you're looking for, you can Save the search for quick reuse, Export results as a CSV, generate an AI-powered Summary, or open an AI Chat to ask follow-up questions about the results directly.
