Prompts

Sift makes it easy to save your most useful SiftGPT queries and reuse them anytime. The Prompt Library allows you to create, share, and schedule reusable prompts across your team.

To get started, click "+ New Prompt" and configure it to fit your needs:

• Type — Select SiftGPT Chat to run the prompt as a conversation, or AI Briefing to generate a standalone document with charts and analysis.

• Name — Give your prompt a clear, descriptive name (e.g., "Weekly VOC Summary").

• Prompt — Write the query you'd like SiftGPT to answer. Markdown formatting is supported — use the Write and Preview tabs to compose and check how it will render.

• Schedule — Choose to run the prompt on demand, or schedule it to run automatically at regular intervals.

• Time Range — Set the data window the prompt should analyze, such as the last 7 days.

Once saved, prompts are available in your library for one-click execution. Scheduled prompts run automatically, delivering fresh insights to your team without anyone needing to ask.
