Channels

The Channels tab lets you drill one level deeper than Platforms — showing activity broken down by individual channels (e.g., specific Discord servers, Facebook pages, subreddits, or Slack workspaces) across all your connected platforms.

Metric cards at the top summarize the big picture: Total Channels across all platforms, Active Channels as a percentage of total, Total Messages with a count of action items generated, and Avg Sentiment weighted by analyzed messages.

Below the metrics, a Top Channels by Activity section highlights your most active channels as clickable cards, each showing the platform logo, channel name, and message count.

The chart view provides four visualizations:

• Top Channels Activity Over Time — An area chart showing daily message volume for the top 5 most active channels.

• Channel Performance — A ranked bar list of top channels by message volume and analysis metrics.

• Channels by Platform — A distribution chart showing how channels are spread across your connected platforms.

• Channel Sentiment Distribution — A breakdown of sentiment (Positive, Neutral, Negative) across all channel messages.
