# Users The Users section gives you a unified view of every person interacting with your brand across all connected social platforms. Sift automatically links accounts, tracks activity, and enriches each profile with AI-generated insights — so your team can understand who they're talking to before they even respond.

**Profiles Table** The main page displays all user profiles in a sortable, filterable table with 30-day metrics including message volume, sentiment, relevance, actionability, and actions taken. Search by name, email, or username, and filter by platform, tags, or custom fields to quickly find the users that matter most. Click any row to open a quick preview in the sidebar, or click into a user for their full profile.
