Custom Dashboards
Custom Dashboards (marked Preview in the product) let you build your own reports with the dimensions and metrics that matter most to your team. Start from a template, describe what you want and let AI build it, or build from scratch, then arrange, resize, and theme your widgets to create the view you need.

What you're looking at
The main page shows all your saved dashboards as cards, each displaying the name, description, widget count, and last-updated date. Hover over any card to edit, share, or delete it. This is your library of reports: anything the built-in Analytics sections don't answer lives here, built once and reused.
Creating a new dashboard
Click New Dashboard to get started. You'll choose a starting template and give the dashboard a name, or describe the dashboard you want in a free-text box and let AI generate a starting point. Templates include:
- Blank Canvas: Start from scratch with an empty dashboard.
- Support Overview, Team Performance, Channel Analysis, Topics & Sentiment, Queue Flow & Routing, Team Lifecycle Activity, Automation & AI Quality, Automation & AI, and Executive Summary - each pre-configured for that use case.
A live preview pane in the creation modal shows what the template looks like before you commit. Each widget combines a dimension (channel, agent, time period, tag, and more), a metric (action volume, response time, CSAT, SLA compliance), and a visualization (table, chart, or KPI card).
Sharing
Dashboards can be kept private, shared with teammates as viewers or editors, or duplicated as a starting point for a new report. Share as a viewer when you want someone to read a report without changing it; share as an editor when you're building it together.
