The Content tab is a live, auto-refreshing view of message activity flowing across every connected platform - a real-time pulse on what's happening right now, not a historical report.

What you're looking at
Four metric cards across the top show today's Messages Sent, Messages Received, Actions Created, and Actions Closed: each with a count for the last hour so a surge is obvious the moment it starts.
Below:
- Volume by Platform: message flow broken out per connected platform, sent vs. received side by side. Shows at a glance which channel is busiest right now.
- Live Activity: a feed of recent messages as they arrive: platform icon, message preview, sender, direction (incoming / outgoing), and timestamp. It refreshes automatically every 30 seconds.
Controls
- Time range:
1h,12h,24h,3dto widen or tighten the window. - Direction: All, Incoming, or Outgoing.
- Sort: by time or by name.
- Click any message to open its full details in the preview panel.
