Saved Searches
On the Saved Searches tab you can save frequently used search queries and reuse them to quickly find matching conversations, power queues, trigger automations, and get notified when new content matches your criteria. A saved search is the building block that ties Search to the rest of Sift.

What you're looking at
The page shows your saved searches as cards in a grid. Each card carries everything you need to recognize and trust a search at a glance:
- The search name.
- A summary of its filter criteria.
- Any linked queues the search is powering.
- Its notification status.
- The creation date.
Sort the grid by recently created, alphabetically, or oldest first. Filter it to see searches that are powering queues versus those that stand alone, so you can tell which searches are load-bearing before you change them.
Creating and using a saved search
Click New Search to create one: define your filters (keywords, source, channel, tags, sentiment, relevancy, status, and more) and give it a name. Click any card to view its matching results, with an optional AI-generated summary of what's in them.
From each card you can toggle notifications, duplicate, share with your team, copy a direct link, or delete. Saved searches that are linked to queues cannot be deleted until they're unlinked, which keeps a queue from silently losing the search that feeds it.
