What you're looking at

The search bar handles two jobs at once. Free-text keywords match against the content of conversations, while a recognized ticket ID jumps you straight to the matching action. When you need more precision, Advanced Search opens a full set of filters so you can describe exactly what you're after instead of guessing keywords.

Type a keyword to surface matching conversations, or paste a ticket ID for a direct shortcut.

Advanced Search lets you configure exact parameters rather than relying on keywords alone. Filter by platform, channel, username, tags, sentiment, relevancy, action status, queue, assignee, date range, and more. Combine filters with AND/OR logic to build precisely the query you need: stack several conditions for a narrow result set, or use "OR" to widen the net.

A few filters are worth knowing because they answer common questions:

  • Source narrows to a specific platform and method (a DM versus a public post, for example).
  • Channel identifies where a message came from, such as a Discord channel or a social handle.
  • Tag matches conversations carrying tags applied automatically or by an agent.

How to read the results

Results can be viewed three ways, each suited to a different question:

  • Cards for browsing conversations one by one when you want to read the actual content.
  • Chart View for visualizing trends over time or by platform when you care about the shape of the data, not individual messages.
  • Pivot Table for cross-tabulating across multiple dimensions when you want counts broken down by, say, platform against sentiment.

Once you've found what you need, you can Save the search for reuse, Export the results as a CSV, generate an AI-powered Summary, or open an AI Chat to ask follow-up questions about the results directly.
