The Developer section is the technical reference for building on top of Sift. It covers the REST API, API keys, the search query syntax, every analytics metric, and the MCP server that lets AI assistants query your Sift data directly.
Reach for these pages when you want to automate Sift, pull data into another system, or connect a tool like Claude or Cursor to your organization's conversations.
