The Users section gives you a unified view of every person interacting with your brand across all connected social platforms. Sift automatically links accounts, tracks activity, and enriches each profile with AI-generated insights, so your team can understand who they're talking to before they even respond.

What you're looking at
Users brings the People, Segments, and Overview pages together under one tab. The Profiles table is your entry point: a directory of everyone Sift has observed, with the metrics you need to qualify a person and a profile drill-in for the full story.
Profiles table
The main page displays all user profiles in a sortable, filterable table with 30-day metrics including message volume, sentiment, relevance, actionability, and actions taken. Search by name, email, or username, and filter by platform, tags, or custom fields to quickly find the users that matter most.
Click any row to open a quick preview in the sidebar, or click into a user for their full profile.
Individual user profile
Each profile brings together everything Sift knows about a person in one place:
- Connected accounts: All linked accounts across platforms, with follower counts and social profile links.
- AI summary: An automatically generated overview of the user based on their interaction history.
- Description & tags: Free-text notes for your team and tags applied automatically by AI or manually.
- Links & custom fields: Attach relevant URLs (such as CRM records) and manage any custom data fields.
- Activity & history: A 30-day activity chart, plus tabs to browse all messages and actions associated with the user.
