Set it up

Go to Settings → Integrations → TikTok and:
- Authenticate via TikTok for Business with admin access on the account you want to monitor.
- Pick the account(s) Sift should watch.
- Assign each account to a queue (optional) for routing.
Sift uses the official TikTok Business API. The access token auto-refreshes; you'll only re-authenticate if TikTok forces a token rotation (rare).
What you can do
Reply to any comment from the inbox - Sift posts via TikTok's Business API as the connected account. Replies are limited to 150 characters and text only (TikTok's rule, not ours).
Trigger workflows off comment signal (sentiment, keyword, author, video). Route to the right team automatically. Apply auto-reply bots for FAQ patterns.
For deletes, hides, and pins, use TikTok's native comment moderation - those endpoints aren't exposed to the Business API.
What Sift ingests
Once a Business account is connected, Sift ingests:
- Top-level comments on every video owned by the account
- Replies to those comments (full thread, not just the leaf)
- Mentions of the account anywhere on TikTok
Each comment carries the author handle, the video it belongs to, the comment timestamp, and like count - usable for filtering, routing, and bot triggers.
Not supported today
- Direct messages: TikTok's Business API doesn't expose DMs. It's a TikTok limitation, not a Sift one.
- Comment moderation (pin, hide, delete) - moderate from TikTok directly.
- TikTok Shop messages: those live in Seller Center, a different platform.
- Live-stream chat: too high-throughput for the conversation model.
