The backbone of everything Sift does is built off the intelligence we add on top of the unstructured conversations in your community. That's how we decide what things need action, what things are just useful information, and more. There are two primary ways we organize your data. By user and by content.
User insights give us a better sense of who is using the product. What types of people are using the product? How is individual sentiment trending?
Content insights on the other hand organizes your conversations based on topic so you can see how people have been talking about various features in the product or about various events that your company has been a part of.
One customer can talk about multiple topics in a wide range of conversations with different people. You can also have multiple users talk about a single topic and this would show up differently across the dashboards.
Each dashboard is essential to help provide you with a full picture of who your customers are and what they're talking about.
