The Sift Application

There's five core sections of the overall app:

• Inbox (Available for Everyone): Respond to new tasks and actions coming from anywhere - this is the single pane of glass that you can use to respond to users across various social media providers and community platforms.

• Manage (Admins + Managers Only): Track what everyone on the team is doing, handle reviews and escalations, make sure everything is running smoothly throughout the course of a day.

• Search (Available for Everyone): Find previous items and tasks and created saved searches to use for further analysis, defining queues and more.

• Dashboards (Admins + Managers Only): AI-Powered Analytics for Managers and Admins to know what's happening in their social ecosystem.

• Sift GPT (Available For Everyone)

• Settings

  • Certain parts of Settings, i.e. Role management and Queue Management are only available for managers and admins.

  • Everyone can manage their own account.
