Set up your Slack Integration. At the end of this, you'll have added a Slack Workspace to Sift that's ready for analytics and support.

Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Slack and click Connect to get started. This will guide you into the Oauth Flow (which will install the Sift App for your Slack workspace).
This will guide you through setting up slack permissions. Once you're done giving Sift access to your workspace, you will be dropped back into a more detailed customization page, where you have more ways of configuring Sift in your slack workspace.
The Slack Setup Page has these core areas:
Add Your Slack Account: This adds Sift to your private channels, allowing Sift to message as you, and more. We recommend everyone on your team that's using Sift does this to track your Slack Connects.
Slack Channels: Start tracking and monitoring a channel and getting insights from Sift's AI Analytics
Notifications and Triage: Set up a slack channel that will get notified when new questions or tickets come in, allowing for team members to get notified about new tickets coming in and collaborate on solving them.
