Message Activity
With message activity you're able to understand the volume of messages across various channels, helping you match your team to your support load and shape your social care strategy.

To get a more detailed breakdown and a closer look at individual channels (such as on Discord) you can click "Channel Analytics"

User Activity
To understand more about the users engaging across your channels, you can see metrics like Daily Active Users (DAU), and Monthly Active Users (MAU) on the "User Activity" tab. You're able to narrow engagement down by source and understand how returning users engage.
