Manage what's happening

The Manage page allows a leader to easily see all of the items happening across all queues and sort/filter them in any way. You can open up threads, easily see the history and track what the status for an item is at any time.

There's 4 components to the manage view:

• Actions

• Monitor

• Agents

• Outgoing
