Actions

The action tab allows you to see and manage tickets across the platform.

At the top you'll see a set of filters, such as time-frame, ticket status, ticket source, and queue.

Selecting a ticket will show details on the ticket, with the same functionality you'll see in the Agent Inbox.

When selecting a ticket, or multiple tickets, you'll see options to allow bulk management of tickets.

You can assign tickets to a particular queue, close them, or mark them as cancelled.
