# Monitor

On the monitor tab you'll be able to quickly see across your social care teams to understand how agents are performing on a team and individual level.

Across the top you'll see key metrics like SLA performance, First Response time, and general case loads.

Looking across queues, you can quickly see what the day's case load looks like. Clicking on either a queue or individual agent, will show you assigned cases to allow you to dig into the details of what your team is working on.
