SiftGPT is Sift's built-in AI assistant, purpose-built to help you understand your data, spot trends, and get answers — all through a simple conversational interface.

Simply type a question into the chat, and SiftGPT will search your connected data and knowledge base to provide an informed response. Use @ to mention users or assignees, # to reference channels, and $ to specify sources — so you can ask precise questions about specific parts of your social ecosystem.

To get you started, SiftGPT suggests prompts like "What are the top customer complaints this week?" and "Summarize customer feedback trends over the past 7 days" — but you can ask anything about your data, from trend analysis to conversation summaries.

Your conversation history is saved in the sidebar on the left, organized by date, so you can pick up where you left off or start a new chat at any time. Chats can also be shared with your team via a direct link.
