Support Channel Setup
To set up a Support Channel, open the Support Channel Setup section in the Sift Discord Integrations Page. There's two core things you can do here.
Create a Panel: This creates a Discord Panel with a simple button for users to generate a ticket. We recommend you lock the channel to only have messages from your team so users only see this message. Panels can use Discord markdown directly, so you can format the message fully.
Role Mentions: You can also specify a role that you want to be mentioned for any ticket thread created within this channel.
