Zendesk

Manage and reply to your Sift tickets on Zendesk

This integration is currently in preview - please reach out to our team if you'd like to set it up.

The Zendesk integration allows you to mirror any Sift ticket into Zendesk. This means that tickets created in Discord and Slack can be sent to Zendesk, and your agents can continue the conversation from there without making your users leave Discord or Slack.
